There are many noteworthy details in the prepress design process of Suri cosmetic airless tube packaging. We will focus on the minor text and line design considerations here.
(1) Small text and lines should be designed as a single package to avoid inaccurate multicolor printing. The width of the thin line must not be less than 0.1mm, otherwise it is easy to lose or unclear in the printing. The net height of the Chinese font is not less than 1.8mm, and the net height of the English font is not less than 1.5mm.

(2) Anti-white text should pay special attention to the design. If the text is small, especially when the stroke is small, use monochrome. The choice of font should also be noted that round body, black body, and isotonic body are the better choices, and fonts with different strokes, such as Song and Old Times (thick and vertical), should be used with caution when designing. With this type of font, it is important to note that the net height of Chinese fonts is not less than 2.5 mm, and the net height of English fonts is not less than 2 mm.

(3) The color intensity of any set of wet multi-color overprint inks is balanced. When overprinting, the same amount of ink can be used. If not using the same set of inks together, it should be handled properly.
